A Dream Come True

I have been associated with sports for as long as I can remember. However, for that span of 35+ years, I do not believe that I have ever witnessed a story like the one that is presented in this video. This video goes to show you that just because a person is not considered “normal” or is tagged a “special needs” person does not mean that they can not contribute. After watching this video, I am wondering if this coach would have loved to have this player on the floor the entire season as opposed to on the bench. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

    That’s a great story. Takes some of the bad taste out of my mouth from the HS girls game in Texas (I think) where one team ran up the score and beat the other team 100-0 recently.
