Fantasy Football; who do I run

There are so many questions this year surrounding the running backs of the NFL. In the initial draft of the season, I thought that I did pretty decent. In one league I drafted Chris Johnson and in the other league I got him after the draft. Each and every week he is pumping in the points. In contrast, I was able to get Laurence Maroney and he has yet to do anything. As a matter of fact, Sammy Morris has done more.

Last year, I had Frank Gore and it was awful. So this year I stayed away. Yet, he is kicking butt. Brian Westbrook is being Brian Westbrook, but LT is anything like himself. Warrick Dunn is a bench player that sees some action, yet he is scoring in FF each week. Derrick Ward is the same way.  Steven Jackson gets a huge contract and has yet to earn it. Brandon Jacobs might be the biggest of them all, but he has yet to impress me.

As for the Jacksonville dou of Fred and Maurice, they have yet to show me the skills that got them to the NFL. Reggie Bush is looking better in New Orleans, while Fargas started the year as Oaklands man but McFadden is seeing more and more snaps. Joseph Addai and Michael Turner have “On again Off again” issues while Marion Barber is dancing to the end zone.  Larry Johnson and Ryan Grant still look like they are in the preseason while Marshawn Lynch is leading the Buffalo stampede.

Over in Minnesota, Adrian Peterson might be bidding for the best in running backs while in Detroit, Kevin Smith needs a jump start. LenDale White is slowly but surely losing his starting role in Tennessee as Willie Parker has all cylinders kicking. Selvin Young is playing second fiddle to a quarterback while Clinton Portis leds the Redskins.

All in all, I could keep this up all day, going round after round, but you would fall asleep. So, let me say this. All the running backs of the NFL are good. Otherwise they would not be there. But, to see how yours stacks up, check out the rankings .

Let me know who you thing should play and who should sit.
